Shipping to any APO address is handled via USPS and is Free for all orders over $100.00

Shipping Policy:

In-Stock items are shipped within 24 hoursof the order being placed.
International credit card orders are placed on hold for 48 hours for credit card verification.
Unless otherwise stated, all packages, including international shipments, are shipped via UPS or Fedex. If you would like to use a different carrier, please contact us prior to making your purchase and we will do whatever we can to accommodate your request.

International Shipping
It is very important to research your countries customs duties and taxes. These fees are the customers responsibility and will NOT be paid by Marine Visions (The owners of gatesvideohousings.com). If shipments are refused due to refusal to pay customs duties, the shipment will be abandoned and it will be the customers responsibility to ensure release by Customs officials in your country. Refunds will NOT be issued for abandoned shipments!

Return Policy:
Underwater photo and video equipment is not returnable. If you have a problem with your equipment, you must contact us within three days of receipt. In certain situations, a store credit may be issued. To be eligible for a store credit, all items must be in the original packaging, with blank warranty cards and all items must be in mint condition.

For all returns that do not meet these requirements a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Warranty Policy:
All products sold by Marine Visions, Inc are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be placed directly with the manufacturer.
We will assist in this process if needed.
